I looked up that battle on Bulbapedia to see if it said anything, and I noticed it said the SS Anne is the 4th battle and the Cerulean City Battle is right before that, so if something happens in Yellow on the Second battle, I'm going to freak out. At this point I'm pretty sure Gary or Blue or whoever hates me and yeah. All Pokemon in this system can use a Struggle attack, which is a basic Normal-type attack, that somewhat mitigates the problem of a bad starting movepool. I used Scratch, it missed, it used Teleport, it failed, I used Scratch, it missed, it used Teleport, it failed, I used Rage, it missed, Abra used Teleport, it failed then the Rage/Teleport Miss/Fail repeated about 20 or 30 times until I'm like FINE THEN! And shut the game off. This Pokemon is extremely good for bosses. As far as I know, this ability is banned in PvP though. When I got to the bridge, GaryOak (That's what I named him) ran up and I defeated his first Pokemon, then he sent out Abra. Note: Shadow Tag can be useful to trap enemy Abra and other Pokemon that teleport. So then last night, I was playing Red, and training to battle Misty, and I thought I had already battled that guy that you need for the Mew glitch, so I went up to check. No one knew any way to fix it, so she bought me another one, that had the same problem. (And I couldn't use surf at that point) So my mom looked it up to see if we could fix it, and one other person had the same problem, but they could see Rock Smash-able rocks. In the FireRed, there is a glitch thing where when you go down the first ladder in Rock Tunnel, it looks like you're surfing, but you can't move and the screen is all black. A few months ago, I wanted to play the older games, so I bought FireRed and Emerald. And I read one that said something about killing Blue's Raticate on the SS Anne. Ok, so for the last month or so, I've been reading a LOT of creepypasta. Maximum values are based on a beneficial nature, 252 EVs, 31 IVs minimum values are based on a hindering nature, 0 EVs, 0 IVs. The target is then teleported to another location, or Abra disappears and reappears somewhere else, or Abra points at a target and causes them to be teleported to another location. Abrais a Psychictype Pokmon introduced in Generation 1. This isn't a really scary creepypasta, it's just somethings that happened to happen in the order they did, making it sorta creepy. Abra releases rings of energy that surround its target.
